UNITED STATES: Once your order has been shipped, your package will arrive within 3-5 business days. Your package will arrive within 1-3 business days with our express shipping option at checkout.

CANADA: Once your order has been shipped, your package will arrive within 3-5 business days.

UK, AUSTRALIA, SWEDEN & GERMANY: Once your order has been shipped, your package will arrive within 3-5 business days.

JAMAICA: Once your order has been shipped, your package will arrive within 3-5 business days.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

All orders that include a pre-order item(s) will ship when the pre-order item is in stock. Pre-orders ship within 1-2 weeks!

We ship within the United States, Virgin Islands, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Sweden, Germany and Jamaica!

Tracking information

We ship via UPS, USPS Fedex and DHL. We determine the service that is used based off of what will get the order to its destination the quickest. Tracking numbers are sent to your email address as soon as soon as a shipping label is created. Once you receive your tracking number you can track your order in the "Track Order" tab at www.tareluxecollection.com. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order.

Order cancellation

We try to process and ship orders as fast as possible, because of this, an order cannot be modified or cancelled once it has been placed. Please make sure that all information is correct before placing your order.

Lost/Missing Packages

Tarè Luxe Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Refunds for items reported as missing by the customer that are indicated as shipped will not be refunded.
However, we will review on a case by case basis, at our sole discretion. Please contact us at info@tareluxecollection.com for assistance.

We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. 

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
